Direct Party definition

Direct Party means a Covered Entity that is a party to a Covered Direct QFC.
Direct Party means, for a Series and a QFC Agreement, a party to such agreement other than a provider of a QFC Credit Enhancement.
Direct Party means a Covered Entity that is a party to a Direct QFC.

  • Any costs generated by the exercise of this right shall be borne by the Direct Party subject to the ERISA Rules which has exercised this right.

  • Each Direct Party other than the Mancos and the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Parties (each, a "▇▇▇▇▇▇ Call Grantor") hereby grants to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ a call option on all of its Option Securities, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Section 10 (collectively, the "Call Options").
