Direct oversight definition

Direct oversight means the oversight of the remediation of a site that the Site Remediation Reform Act requires the Department to apply to certain sites pursuant to N.J.A.C. 7:26C-14.
Direct oversight means that a qualified practitioner is physically present to observe, and to correct as needed, the performance of a student who is performing the radiographic procedure.
