Direct Message Injection (DMI) definition
Direct Message Injection (DMI) means a KnowBe4 product and add-on, specific to Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) that automatically bypasses Microsoft 365’s protections to allow simulated phishing emails to reach the end user. Use of DMI by Customer is optional; in order to activate DMI, Customer must provide separate and specific permissions and authorizations in accordance with the Documentation. Customer hasthe ability torevoke any such accessrequiredto useDMI at any time.DMI is only applicableto Customers using Microsoft 365for email.
