Direct Material definition

Direct Material means the materials directly used in the manufacturing process of the Licensed Products, including, without limitation, packaging, consumables, active substances and raw materials directly used in manufacturing the Licensed Product(s). Direct Material shall include the QMT Compound when the Licensed Product is an Active, but shall not include QMT Compound when the Licensed Product is the QMT Compound.
Direct Material shall refer to all material used to produce the finished product, including, cans, lids, salt, spring water, hydrolyzed protein, printed labels, and cartons, including reject allowance, but excluding the frozen Raw Material. Unless otherwise specified it shall specifically refer to the unit cost of one case of Finished Product.
Direct Material consists of the material purchase cost (excluding the "Base Cost") as determined in accordance with the methods employed in prior fiscal years.

  • Damages from one Party towards the other Party shall be limited to Direct Material Damages which have a causal link with the fault(s) and amounts determined in Article 10.2 of the present attachment.

  • Boeing will have the right to disapprove costs it deems improperly reported or for which it does not receive sufficient data to verify either the Direct Labor Hours performed or the Direct Material Costs incurred in performing such maintenance.

  • In this respect, SELLER shall cause no later than 30 days from the date of this agreement a filing to be made with the appropriate Mexican authorities, a lien in favor of BUYER on all Direct Material and Raw Material shipped by BUYER to SELLER for use in production.

  • The Seller shall credit the Buyer’s Goods and Services Account with an amount equal to the Direct Labour Costs and the Direct Material Costs incurred by the Buyer in performing the repair or modification of the relevant Warranted Part.
