Direct Mail List definition
Direct Mail List means the consumer names and address derived from various databases (“Databases”) to which a letter stating an offer of credit is sent based on the market area and consumer criteria selected on the Purchase Order for consumers who have had an Equifax, Experian or Trans Union credit report pulled at an automobile dealership the previous business day as selected in the Purchase Order pursuant to Section 1.2.1.
