Direct Licensee definition

Direct Licensee means a service provider or subcontractor (including academic and medical institutions or the like) engaged by MEI as set forth in Section 14.3 for the performance of MEI’s obligations under this Agreement, and which receives a license by MEI to MEI Technology solely for the purpose of performing such obligations for the benefit of MEI.

Examples of Direct Licensee in a sentence

  • Licensee shall be responsible for paying all expenses for the development and production of marketing material for the Licensee coverage areas, including without limitation the costs of printing marketing material, printing marketing collateral, direct mailings, billboards, local media, radio and television, and all other advertising activity in the BTAs. Direct Licensee marketing expenses also include the cost for media, direct mail, presentations, printing/collateral, public relations, and trade shows.

  • OSI shall provide to Wyeth or any sublicensee or Direct Licensee of Wyeth at Wyeth's request and expense, any assistance reasonably necessary to enable Wyeth or such sublicensee or Direct Licensee to manufacture, use or sell each Licensed Human Therapeutic Product and to enjoy fully all the rights granted to Wyeth pursuant to this Agreement.
