Direct Investment means investment made to acquire a lasting interest in an enterprise operating in the economy of Ghana and intended to give the investor an effective control in the management of the enterprise;
Competitive Products or Services means, as of any time, those products or services of the type that any of the Bank Entities is providing, or is actively preparing to provide, to its customers.
Direct Debit means a payment service for debiting a payer’s payment account, where a payment transaction is initiated by the payee on the basis of the payer’s consent given to the payee, to the payee’s payment service provider or to the payer’s own payment service provider;
Direct Investments means assets which are not Underlying Funds.
Information processing system means an electronic system for creating, generating, sending, receiving, storing, displaying, or processing information.
