Direct Investment Commitments definition
Direct Investment Commitments means the commitment, on the terms set forth in the Backstop and Direct Investment Agreement, of the Backstop Parties to commit to purchase the New Preferred Stock pursuant to, and through the Direct Investment Preferred Equity Raise.
Direct Investment Commitments means the commitment, on the terms set forth in the Direct Investment Agreement, including the Direct Investment Commitment Conditions, in form and substance acceptable to the Plan Sponsor, of the Plan Sponsor to commit to purchase the New Preferred Stock pursuant to, and through the Direct Investment Preferred Equity Raise.
