Direct Incentive definition

Direct Incentive. SHARP-provided quarterly payments made directly to the participating Practitioner. Direct incentive is subject to federal income taxation. As such, there is no stipulation as to Practitioner’s use of payments (e.g. loan repayment, moving expenses or otherwise).
