DIRECT HIRE GUARANTEE. For any direct hire placement, HireMilitary agrees to provide a ninety (90) calendar day guarantee. If the employee’s employment terminates for any reason other than reorganization, elimination of position, takeover, or material change in job responsibility within the applicable guarantee period, HireMilitary will refund the fee paid based on the following pro-rated schedule: 0 – 30 Calendar Days 100% of the Fee refunded 31 – 60 Calendar Days 66% of the Fee refunded 61 – 90 Calendar Days 33% of the Fee refunded
