Direct Disposal definition

Direct Disposal means disposal of non-11e.(2) byproduct material in a uranium mill tailings impoundment as authorized by RIS 00-023: Recent Changes to Uranium Recovery Policy dated November 30, 2000.
Direct Disposal means an outright sale or any other outright transfer to a Third Party of the Optioned Compounds or Collaboration IP which constitute subject matter of this Agreement without any prior Implementation by Felicitex in its own Research and Development business activity, it being understood that the subcontracting of certain scientific activities to Engaged Persons prior to Implementation by Felicitex or the allocation of certain Research or Development studies or activities to academic laboratories prior to Implementation by Felicitex shall not constitute a Direct Disposal.

Direct Disposal means the shipment of C&D Waste from an Eligible C&D Demolition Project that meets the criteria specified in Section 8. to an Intermodal Facility or a Landfill without further treatment, processing or consolidation at a C&D MRF or Transfer Facility.

  • Relevant Disposal means and includes any disposal by the Appointee;

  • Foreign Disposition has the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(b)(xi).
