Direct Debit Authorization definition

Direct Debit Authorization means a Mutual Client’s authorization and instructions to AmBank in such form as may be prescribed by AmBank from time to time to make Payments to the Customer’s Account by debiting the Mutual Client’s Bank Account in accordance with the information contained in the Payment Files.

Examples of Direct Debit Authorization in a sentence

  • In the event of any rejection by the card centre or bank of the Direct Debit Authorization Form (or such other form as referred to in paragraph (b) above or any inability by Us to obtain payment of the premium by credit card or autopay deduction due to any reason, We will allow a second attempt for the charge and deduction of the outstanding premiums from the relevant card centre or bank.

  • In the event that the Subject of Settlement does not provide the B2B SEPA Direct Debit Authorization to OKTE, the Subject of Settlement shall not be registered in the OKTE IS for the settlement of imbalances.

  • In order to complete the settlement of imbalances, the Subject of Settlement shall be obliged to grant OKTE a B2B SEPA Direct Debit Authorization, a specimen of which is set out in the Annex to this Agreement, to its bank account specified in the master data of the Subject of Settlement kept with a bank reachable in the STEP 2 clearing system, for the SDD B2B scheme, in favour of OKTE's bank account.

  • At the time of execution of this contract, a true copy of it with all its annexes, including the Cover of the Credit Contract, the Note and the Direct Debit Authorization Letter which are an integral part of it, are sent by e-mail.

  • Such payments shall be made in accordance with the Direct Debit Authorization Agreement, which is an Automated Clearing House Authorization Agreement (“ACH”), and is attached by reference to this Agreement.

  • Each settlement fee, once earned, will be paid to us from your Dedicated Account, as authorized by you in the Direct Debit Authorization, attached hereto as Exhibit B, and is non-refundable.

  • Neither the Bank, nor any of its service providers, assumes responsibility for any disclosure of account information to third parties, the timeliness, deletion, misdelivery, or failure to store any user data, communications, or personalization settings in connection with your use of the Service.

  • All the personal information collected or held by us, howsoever obtained, may be used by us or disclosed to any individual or organization within or outside Hong Kong for following purposes: (1) to assess and service this application, (2) to process the Direct Debit Authorization or credit card payment and (3) to conduct insurance claims or analysis.

  • All fees are payable in accordance with the Direct Debit Authorization and or Credit Card provisions listed below.

  • The ten- and twelve- monthly payment plans have an additional charge for finance and service costs of $300, and in addition, payments on these two plans are required to be made using Hilldale School’s Direct Debit Authorization Form.
