Direct Client definition
Direct Client has the meaning given to it at clause 1.
Direct Client means the Person that has an account carried by an Approved Participant, regardless of whether this Person is the ultimate end-client for a specific order.

Direct Client means the most immediate client of a licensed or registered person which has placed or proposes to place an on-exchange order or off-exchange order with that person.
