Direct Client definition

Direct Client has the meaning given to it at clause 1.
Direct Client means the Person that has an account carried by an Approved Participant, regardless of whether this Person is the ultimate end-client for a specific order.
Direct Client means a Client who has directly placed an order for Goods and or Services with VSL.
