Direct Care Provider definition

Direct Care Provider means, Registered Professional Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants who provide direct care to nursing facility residents.

Direct Care Provider means any licensed health care professional that provides health care services through direct contact with the patient, either in person or using approved telemedicine modalities as identified in Section 2290.5 of the Business and Profession Code.
