Direct Affiliate definition
Direct Affiliate means, collectively, each direct and indirect Subsidiary of the Company and each other Person controlled by the Company or collectively by the Company and its direct or indirect Subsidiaries. For purposes of this definition "control" of a Person shall have the meaning set forth in the second sentence of the definition of "Affiliate".
