DIP Financing Motion definition

DIP Financing Motion means the motion of Loan Parties filed with the Bankruptcy Court seeking approval of this Agreement, the other Loan Documents, the financing and other transactions provided for herein, and entry of the Financing Orders.
DIP Financing Motion means the Debtors’ Motion for Entry of Interim and Final Orders Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 105, 361, 362, 363, 364, and 507 and Fed. R. Bankr. DIP Financing Motion means a motion pursuant to sections 363 and 364 of the Bankruptcy Code to approve the DIP Financing Documents and the Debtors’ entry into the DIP Financing Documents (on an interim and final basis), in form and substance reasonably acceptable to Brookfield Investor.
