DIP Approval definition

DIP Approval means approval by the Required Lenders or, in urgent circumstances in which there is insufficient time for the DIP Agent to consult the Lenders, the DIP Agent. The DIP Agent shall thereafter promptly notify the Lenders of any approvals given by it.

  • Adequate protection payments in connection with, and the costs and expenses of the Pre-Petition Agent arising under, the 1995 Credit Agreement shall continue to be paid in cash through the Effective Date at the rate and in the manner set forth under the DIP Approval Orders.
