Dining Facility definition

Dining Facility any portion of the Premises operated as an executive dining facility, kitchen or a cafeteria (together with any related cooking equipment). Effective Date: the date written in on the first page of this Lease.
Dining Facility. If Tenant elects to construct a dining facility on the patio area adjacent to the executive offices on floor seven as more particularly set forth in Paragraph 14, the area of the patio shall not be included in calculating the rentable square feet of the Premises for purposes of payment of Gross Rent or Tenant's Prorata Share of Taxes and Operating Expenses, but for all other purposes herein shall be deemed a portion of the Premises. ADDITION OF OTHER AVAILABLE SPACE: If any other additional space is available in the Building prior to the Commencement Date, Tenant may, at its option, by providing written notice to Landlord, elect to include such additional space in the Premises, and Landlord and Tenant shall enter into an amendment to this Lease incorporating such additional space as part of the Premises.

  • Vending facility means automatic vending machines, cafeterias, snack bars, cart service, shelters, counters, and such other appropriate auxiliary equipment which may be operated by licensed managers and which is necessary for the sale of newspapers, periodicals, confections, tobacco products, foods, beverages, and other articles or services dispensed automatically or manually and prepared on or off the premises in accordance with all applicable health laws and including the vending or exchange of chances for any lottery authorized by State Law and conducted by an agency of a State within such State.   • Tanning facility means any premises, building, or part of a building that contains one or more rooms or booths with any of the following:

  • LNG facility means a terminal which is used for the liquefaction of natural gas or the importation, offloading, and re-gasification of LNG, and includes ancillary services and temporary storage necessary for the re-gasification process and subsequent delivery to the transmission system, but does not include any part of LNG terminals used for storage;

  • Marijuana testing facility means a facility licensed under this subtitle to develop, research, or test

  • Existing Facility means a facility in existence on any given date, newly constructed or altered.
