  • Strengthening the Recipient’s capacity to manage and respond to cholera outbreaks, including: (i) strengthening surveillance, reporting and monitoring of cholera cases and building management and medical waste management capacity of the MSPP at the central and departmental levels; and (ii) building capacity of DINEPA for the implementation of its cholera prevention and control strategy.
