DILUTED VALUE definition
DILUTED VALUE means, with respect to any assets of the Borrower, the Fair Market Value of such assets, and, with respect to any assets of any other Person, the Fair Market Value of such assets multiplied by the percentage of the Equity Interests held directly or indirectly by the Borrower in such Person.
DILUTED VALUE means, with respect to any assets of KPP, the Fair Market Value of such assets, and, with respect to any assets of any other Person, the Fair Market Value of such assets multiplied by the percentage of the Equity Interests held directly or indirectly by KPP in such Person.
