Prosecute means preparation, filing, and prosecuting patent applications and maintaining patents, including any reexaminations, reissues, oppositions, inter partes review, and interferences.
Diligent Efforts means, with respect to a Party’s obligations hereunder, the carrying out of obligations or tasks in a sustained manner consistent with the efforts a Party devotes to a research, development or marketing project for a pharmaceutical product or products of similar market potential, profit potential or strategic value resulting from its own research efforts, based on conditions then prevailing, which efforts shall in any event be no less than those which would be considered reasonable in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries.
Cure means the distribution within a reasonable period of time following the Effective Date of Cash, or such other property as may be agreed upon by the parties or ordered by the Bankruptcy Court, with respect to the assumption or assumption and assignment of an executory contract or unexpired lease, pursuant to section 365(b) of the Bankruptcy Code, in an amount equal to all unpaid monetary obligations, without interest, or such other amount as may be agreed upon by the parties under such executory contract or unexpired lease, to the extent such obligations are enforceable under the Bankruptcy Code and applicable bankruptcy law.
Prosecute and Maintain means, with regard to a Patent Right, the preparing, filing, prosecuting and maintenance of such Patent Right, as well as handling re-examinations, reissues, and requests for patent term extensions with respect to such Patent Right, together with the conduct of interferences, the defense of oppositions and other similar proceedings with respect to the particular Patent Right. For clarification, “Prosecution and Maintenance” or “Prosecute and Maintain” will not include any other enforcement actions taken with respect to a Patent Right.
Takaful means a scheme based on brotherhood, solidarity and mutual assistance which provides for mutual financial aid and assistance to the Takaful Participants in case of need whereby the Takaful Participants mutually agree to contribute for that purpose.

Commence means either the unconditional authorization of the preparation of the required plans, or the beginning of the actual work on the Premises, whichever first occurs.
Due Diligence At any time prior to the Closing Date, the Underwriters have the right to inspect the Asset Files and the related loan origination procedures and to confirm the existence of the related manufactured homes or mortgaged properties to ensure conformity with the Final Prospectus and the Prospectus Supplement.
Proceedings means all proceedings, actions, claims, suits, investigations and inquiries by or before any arbitrator or Governmental Entity.

Good means all of the equipment, machinery, and/or other materials that the supplier is required to supply to the purchaser under the contract.
