Digital Information System definition

Digital Information System means BOCES provided technology devices, such as laptops, desktops, cellular devises, I-pads, tablets, as well as internet connections (including wireless connections), e-mail accounts, intranet and any direct or remote connection to BOCES’ networks, software, and cloud services.

  • Every user will have their own unique identification and password to access the BOCES’ Digital Information System and will not share their identification and/or password with any other person or entity.

  • This includes any items accessed by BOCES’ Digital Information System, stored on BOCES-provided devices, such as files, e-mails, cookies, and Internet history.
