PNode has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.
Cider means an alcoholic beverage made from the fermentation of juice from primarily apples or pears, or both, which contains not less than 1/2 of 1% and not more than 8.5% of alcohol by volume. Cider may be still or carbonated and may contain other fruits, spices, botanicals, or other flavors.
LHIN Cluster has the meaning ascribed to it in the Accountability Agreement and is a grouping of LHINs for the purpose of advancing Digital Health initiatives through regional coordination aligned with the MOHLTC’s provincial priorities.

Cold Weather Alert means the notice that PJM provides to PJM Members, Transmission Owners, resource owners and operators, customers, and regulators to prepare personnel and facilities for expected extreme cold weather conditions.
Ambient air means that portion of the atmosphere, external to buildings, to which the general public has access.
Septage means the liquid and solid material pumped from a septic tank, cesspool, or similar domestic sewage treatment system, or from a holding tank, when the system is cleaned or maintained.

borehole means a hole sunk into the earth for the purpose of locating, abstracting or using subterranean water and includes a spring;
Clone means a non-flowering plant cut from a mother plant that is capable of developing into a new plant and has shown no signs of flowering.
Seaplane means an aeroplane capable normally of taking off from and alighting solely on water;
Cathode ray tube or “CRT” means a vacuum tube, composed primarily of glass, which is the visual or video display component of an electronic device. A “used, intact CRT” means a CRT whose vacuum has not been released. A “used, broken CRT” means glass removed from its housing or casing whose vacuum has been released.
Anaerobic digestion ’ means a controlled process involving microbial decomposition of organic matter in the absence of oxygen ;
deforestation means direct human-induced conversion of forested land to non-forested land.
Infiltration means water other than wastewater that enters a sewer system (including sewer system and foundation drains) from the ground through such means as defective pipes, pipe joints, connections, or manholes. Infiltration does not include, and is distinguished from, inflow.
CalRecycle means the Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery.
m3 means cubic metre of gas and "10³m³" shall mean 1,000 cubic metres of gas;
MVAR means megavolt ampere of reactive power.
Blasting means changing the level or grade of land or rendering, tearing, demolishing, moving, or removing earth, rock, buildings, structures, or other masses or materials by seismic blasting or the detonation of dynamite or any other explosive agent.

Separator means a device or equipment for separating oil or grit from wastewater

Dusting aid means a product designed or labeled to assist in removing dust and other soils from floors and other surfaces without leaving a wax or silicone based coating. “Dusting Aid” does not include “Pressurized Gas Duster.”
