Digest rights definition
Digest rights means the exclusive right to publish, or to authorize others to publish, in any magazine whether devoted exclusively to abbreviated versions, or consisting primarily of other material - an abbreviated version (abridged or condensed) of the Literary Work, which version shall be complete in one issue and shall not exceed approximately 30,000 works or one-half of the length of the Literary Work, whichever is less.
