differs materially means a difference with respect to the scope of Services such as will result in the Project being considered different enough that an estimate thereof of such costs could reasonably be expected to differ by more then fifteen percent (15%) due to change in size, specification or scope from that which Will▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ have bid.

  • Input Material means all documents, information, representations, statements and materials provided by Customer or a third party on behalf of Customer, relating to the Services, including computer programs, data, logos, reports and specifications and inventories.

  • Publicity Material means the promotional gifts, catalogues, pamphlets and all and any advertising and publicity material whatsoever which an Exhibitor wishes to display, distribute or use at the Exhibition.

  • Licensed Material means radioactive material received, possessed, used, transferred or disposed of under a general or specific license issued by the Agency.

  • Original Material The description of the Material being transferred is specified in Annex 1 of this SMTA.

  • Recycled material means any material that would otherwise be a useless, unwanted or discarded material except for the fact that the material still has useful physical or chemical properties after serving a specific purpose and can, therefore, be reused or recycled.
