Differential Rate definition

Differential Rate. The amount actually paid to the member, minus the cost of a substitute or, if no substitute is employed, the amount that would have been paid to the substitute. For the purpose of this definition, the substitute rate is the regular guest teacher/regular long-term rate.
Differential Rate. As used in this agreement is a pay bonus based upon the nature of the hours worked, such as differentials for hours worked during a specified period. This type of pay premium would be considered a differential added to each applicable hour of pay, not guaranteed overtime. Hours to be paid with this “bonus” premium are counted as hours actually worked for the purposes of calculating overtime hours in the week. This does not create duplication or pyramiding of overtime since this is not overtime pay, but rather a differential.
Differential Rate means a rate on all rateable property within a differential rating area that is made and 15 levied on a differential basis pursuant to section 111G

  • Any change in the Variable Rate and/or the Differential Rate or any other discretionary rate or margin in relation to any Loan shall be notified in writing to each of the Mortgages Trustee, the Beneficiaries and the Funding Security Trustees as soon as reasonably practicable and the Servicer shall, upon receipt of a request from any of such parties, notify such requesting party of any changes in the Monthly Payments in relation to the Loans sold by the Seller to the Mortgages Trustee.
