DIB (Diameter Inside Bark) definition

DIB (Diameter Inside Bark) means the diameter of a tree, excluding bark;
DIB (Diameter Inside Bark) means the diameter of the small end of log, not including the bark. Down Timber – timber that is down as of the date of this Contract, as determined by STATE.
