Diamond Manager definition

Diamond Manager means the Diamond Member, or any of its members or managers designated in writing by the Diamond Member, when serving in the capacity of Manager of the Company. The initial Diamond Manager has been designated by the Diamond Member and is identified in Section 9.1(a).
