Dialogs definition

Dialogs are directed conversations. “Text-based Dialogs” are based on textual conversations that use only Dialog and NLU Requests. A Text-based Dialog interaction, with or without associated NLU, is billed as a single unit (a “Text-based Dialog Transaction”).
