Diagnosis Code definition

Diagnosis Code means as identified in the International Classification of Diseases, 10th revision, Clinical Modification (ICD-10-CM). The primary diagnosis code is shown in all billing claims, unless specifically excluded in individual provider rules. Where they exist, diagnosis codes shall be shown to the degree of specificity outlined in OAR 410-120-1280, Billing.
