DI Rate definition

DI Rate means the average daily rates of the Interbank Deposits (“Depósitos Interfinanceiros – DI”) of one day, “over extra-group”, expressed as a percentage per year, based on a year with two hundred and fifty-two (252) Business Days, daily calculated and disclosed by B3, in the daily information available on its website (http://www.cetip.com.br).
DI Rate means the annual average rate (considering a year of 252 business days) related to transactions with Interbank Deposit Certificates – CDI, with a term equivalent to one (1) Business Day (over), assessed and disclosed on a daily basis by B3 S.A. – Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão, rounding the daily factor to eight decimal places. If, for any reason, the DI Rate is extinguished, replaced or not disclosed, the interest rate that officially replaces it, or, in its absence, any other that best reflects the average variation of the raising costs in the national interbank market shall be applied;
DI Rate means the annual average rate (considering a year of 252 business days) related to transactions with Interbank Deposit Certificates – CDI, with a term equivalent to one (1) Business Day (over), assessed and disclosed on a daily basis by B3 S.A. – Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão, by rounding the daily factor in the eighth decimal place. If, for any reason, the DI Rate is extinguished, replaced or not disclosed, the interest rate that officially replaces it, or, in its absence, any other that best reflects the average variation of the raising costs in the national interbank market shall be applied.

Examples of DI Rate in a sentence

  • The substitute remuneration rate shall preserve the actual value and the same levels of the Conventional Interest applicable previously to the suspension or extinguishment of said DI Rate.

  • If the respective substitute rate of the Conventional Interest is referenced in a term different from two hundred and fifty-two (252) business days, this rate shall be adjusted to reflect the base of two hundred and fifty-two (252) business days used by the DI Rate.

  • Are aware and fully agree with the release and assessment procedures of the DI Rate, and the calculation of the Interest was freely agreed by the Borrower and Guarantors, in good faith.

  • Until resolution on the new parameter to be used to calculate the amount of any obligations set forth in this Deed, the same daily rate produced by the last DI Rate known by the date of the resolution of the Debentureholders Meeting shall be used, and no setoff shall be due between the Issuer and the Debentureholders, upon subsequent disclosure of the DI Rate.

  • In case there is no legal substitute for the DI Rate, the Trustee shall call a Debentureholders Meeting (as defined below) to define by mutual agreement with Issuer the new parameter to be applied.

DI Rate has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 3.1 below, clause I.
