DHE Service means the US DHE Service and the Canadian DHE Service.

DHE Service means the private residential DHE distribution service that at all times during the DHE Term, shall be (i) located at the uniform resource locator (“URL”) [TBD] and/or accesible from applications on Approved Devices that are not Personal Computers, (ii) branded “Film Fresh”, and (iii) wholly-owned, controlled and operated by Licensee.

Examples of DHE Service in a sentence

  • The 4K DHE Programs shall be delivered via the DHE Service solely to 4K Devices that are capable of supporting the 4K Format specification and shall be displayed and playable solely on or through an associated television set or display monitor capable of displaying such programs in 4K Format (i.e., not on a conventional High Definition television set or monitor).

  • All DHE Included Programs shall be made continuously available for distribution to DHE Customers on the DHE Service during the DHE Term and on the terms and conditions set forth herein.

  • No License Fee shall be payable by Licensee under the terms of the License Agreements for any Promotional Programs distributed to any Bundle Purchaser of the DHE Service upon redemption by such Bundle Purchaser of the Redemption Codes.

  • Lot means a parcel of land, exclusive of any adjoining street or street right-of-way, which parcel is or may be occupied by one building or use and any accessory building.

  • All DHE Included Programs shall be made available for distribution to DHE Customers on the DHE Service commencing on their respective DHE Availability Dates and (unless otherwise notified by Licensor) throughout the DHE Term and on the terms and conditions set forth herein.

DHE Service means the DHE programming service in the Territory, which is (a) wholly owned, controlled and operated by Licensee and/or its developer Ooyala Inc., or Licensee’s chosen technology provider whose´s solution has been pre-approved by Licensor, (b) branded “CinepolisCinépolis Klic”, and (c) accessible on an Approved Device at the URL: xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. Except as otherwise permitted herein, the DHE Service shall be non-advertiser supported and may not be sub-distributed, co-branded, syndicated, “white labeled” or “powered” (e.g., “Yahoo! Video powered by Cinepolis Klic”).

DHE Service means the DHE program distribution service which is, and shall at all times during the DHE Term be, branded “VUDU DHE Service” or such other brand that Licensee may determine and notify Licensor thereof, and wholly-owned, controlled and operated by Licensee or an Affiliate. The DHE Service may not be co-branded and may not be sub- distributed (except with or by an Affiliate).

Related to DHE Service

  • CMU Service means the Central Moneymarkets Unit Service, operated by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority;

  • 911 Service means a universal telephone number which gives the public direct access to the Public Safety Answering Point (“PSAP”). Basic 911 service collects 911 calls from one or more local exchange switches that serve a geographic area. The calls are then sent to the correct authority designated to receive such calls.

Toll Free Service currently includes calls to the Toll Free Service 800/888/877/866 NPA SAC codes. “Toll VoIP-PSTN Traffic” is VoIP-PSTN Traffic that physically originates and terminates in different Local Calling Areas as determined by the Commission.

  • Service means service as an Employee, Outside Director or Consultant.

  • air service means a flight or a series of flights carrying passengers, cargo and/or mail for remuneration and/or hire;

"School service" does not include a website, mobile application or online service that is (a) used for the purposes of college and career readiness assessment or (b) designed and marketed for use by individuals or entities generally, even if it is also marketed for use in elementary or secondary schools.

  • broadcasting service means a single, defined service which consists in the broadcasting of television or sound material to the public or sections of the public or to the subscribers to such service;
