DHE Service means the US DHE Service and the Canadian DHE Service.

DHE Service means individually and collectively the DHE distribution service offered as part of the service currently known as YouTube that at all times during the Term is (i) except with prior written approval from Licensor, branded as “YouTube”, “Google”, “Android”, or any other Licensee wholly-owned brand and not co-branded with the marks of any third party; and (ii) wholly owned, controlled and operated by Licensee or such other entity as agreed between the parties in writing. For purposes of clarification, with respect to each Territory, the DHE Service shall mean the version of the DHE Service made commercially available by Licensee in such Territory

DHE Service means the DHE program distribution service branded “VDIO” which is, and shall at all times during the DHE Term be wholly-owned, controlled and operated by Licensee, and accessible via: (i) the websites located at the following URL’s: ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇ (and the other corresponding national suffixes (i.e., ccTLD’s) applicable to the Territory (e.g., .ca, .au, .nz, etc)), ▇▇.▇▇ and, (ii) subject to Licensor’s prior written approval on a case-by-case basis, one or more URL’s registered to Licensee, Skype or Licensee’s other Affiliates, (iii) an app downloadable to Portable Devices through an app store (but not an app pre- installed or otherwise embedded on a Portable Device, unless approved in writing by Licensor) and/or (iv) as an embedded or integrated feature in the Skype video-conferencing software application.

Examples of DHE Service in a sentence

The term during which Licensor shall be required to make programs available for licensing and Licensee shall be required to license programs hereunder shall commence on the initial commercial launch of the DHE Service in the Territory as notified to Licensor in writing no less than seven (7) days prior to launch, and shall continue until the day immediately preceding one (1) month thereafter (“DHE Initial Avail Term”).
The 4K DHE Programs shall be delivered via the DHE Service solely to 4K Devices that are capable of supporting the 4K Format specification and shall be displayed and playable solely on or through an associated television set or display monitor capable of displaying such programs in 4K Format (i.e., not on a conventional High Definition television set or monitor).
All DHE Included Programs shall be made continuously available for distribution to DHE Customers on the DHE Service during the DHE Term and on the terms and conditions set forth herein.
In the event that a Servicing Fee is payable by Licesenee, Licensee shall pay the Servicing Fee for each DHE Included Program no later than fifteen (15) days following Licensee’s receipt of the Copy and related materials (but in no event later than the date Licensee makes such DHE Included Program available on the DHE Service).
During Avail Year 1, the Licensed Service (expressly including the DHE Service) shall make Included Programs available (i.e., deliver Included Programs in accordance with Section 2.1 above) only to Approved Devices of authenticated subscribers of Licensee’s SKY TV subscription pay television service in the Territory (“SKY TV”), and not to any device of any other person.
Paragraph (xi) of Schedule D-2 (DHE Usage Rules) shall be amended and restated in its entirety as follows: The DHE Service shall be configured to make available to a Customer (or, as applicable, Customer Account) no more than three (3) streams in the aggregate of any DHE Included Programs at any one time.
Licensee shall license and make available for distribution on the DHE Service on the terms and conditions set forth herein every DHE Included Program made available by Licensor during the DHE Term, commencing on each such program’s DHE Availability Date.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, any and all advertisements of the Licensed Service (including without limitation the DHE Service and SVOD Service), including but not limited to advertisements created or used as part of the Marketing Investment, shall not be linked and/or connected in any way to, or displayed on any page related to, any Included Programs licensed herein.
Licensee agrees to deliver to each VOD Customer who enters into a VOD Customer Transaction, with respect to the first two (2) Early Window Titles to be distributed hereunder by Licensee, by no later than such Early Window Title’s Blu-ray street date a $5 off coupon (“HD DHE Coupon”), which is redeemable on Licensee’s DHE Service for the purchase of the HD version of such Early Window Title on a DHE basis.
All DHE Included Programs shall be made available for distribution to DHE Customers on the DHE Service commencing on their respective DHE Availability Dates and (unless otherwise notified by Licensor) throughout the DHE Term and on the terms and conditions set forth herein.

More Definitions of DHE Service

DHE Service means the DHE programming service in the Territory, which is (a) wholly owned, controlled and operated by Licensee and/or its developer Ooyala Inc., or Licensee’s chosen technology provider whose´s solution has been pre-approved by Licensor, (b) branded “CinepolisCinépolis Klic”, and (c) accessible on an Approved Device at the URL: ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇. Except as otherwise permitted herein, the DHE Service shall be non-advertiser supported and may not be sub-distributed, co-branded, syndicated, “white labeled” or “powered” (e.g., “Yahoo! Video powered by Cinepolis Klic”).

DHE Service means the private DHE distribution service branded “GVT” that is wholly-owned, controlled and operated by Licensee.

DHE Service means the DHE program distribution service which is, and shall at all times during the DHE Term be, branded “VUDU DHE Service” or such other brand that Licensee may determine and notify Licensor thereof, and wholly-owned, controlled and operated by Licensee or an Affiliate. The DHE Service may not be co-branded and may not be sub- distributed (except with or by an Affiliate).

DHE Service means the DHE program distribution service which is, and shall at all times during the DHE Term be, branded “Cineplex Store” which is, and shall at all times during the DHE Term be, accessible via the website located at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ and wholly-owned, controlled and operated by Licensee.

DHE Service means the private residential DHE distribution service that at all times during the DHE Term, shall be (i) located at the uniform resource locator (“URL”) [TBD] and/or accesible from applications on Approved Devices that are not Personal Computers, (ii) branded “Film Fresh”, and (iii) wholly-owned, controlled and operated by Licensee.
