DH Engineering Information definition
DH Engineering Information means certain Dot Hill drawings, technical information in electronic databases, artwork and tooling specifications which are confidential to Dot Hill and may be reasonably necessary to acquire or produce tooling for the manufacture of the Products. DH Engineering Information shall not include any software, firmware and/or other technology for the Products.
