DGRE definition
DGRE means Direction Générale des Ressources en Eau, the Recipient’s agency responsible for contributing to the development and implementation of the national water policy and sectoral policies on the management of national and transboundary water resources, pursuant to Decree No 2023-0277/PRES- TRANS/PM/MEEA dated March 22, 2023.
DGRE means Direction Générale des Ressources en Eaux, the Borrower’s General Directorate of Water Resources within MOA (as hereinafter defined);
