DGL definition

DGL means the General Corporation Law of the State of Delaware.
DGL means Dirección de Gobiernos Locales, the Borrower’s directorate of local governments, established within MINGOJ (as hereinafter defined), pursuant to ministerial resolution No. 137 of January 31, 1995;
DGL means Digicel Group Limited, an exempted company incorporated under the laws of Bermuda.

  • The CITY’S obligation under this section will only be to report the occurrence of any event to DGL and to make any other report provided for the CITY’S duties or applicable law.

  • DGL grants the CITY a lease to use the area designated on the map attached to and incorporated in this Lease as Exhibit A as a parking area during the term listed in Paragraph 1(a) above and for no other purpose The CITY will manage and maintain the property in such a manner in no way depreciate the "Value” of the land which is the subject of this lease.

  • The CITY will indemnify DGL, its officers, agents, and employees against all actions, suits.
