DGEF shall consult with the Division if any circumstances arise that, in the judgment of DGEF, interfere or threaten to interfere with the successful completion of the project or the accomplishment of its purposes.
The revision shall be prepared by the Division but processed through DGEF.

DGEF shall provide a sub-allotment of the GEF-approved project budget on an annual basis to the Division upon signature of this Agreement by The Parties which shall cover expenditures expected to be incurred by the Division during the first year of project execution.
These documents will be presented for comments and approval to the PSC and forwarded to UNEP DGEF thereafter.
The Terms of Reference for this evaluation will be prepared by the UNEP Monitoring and Evaluation Office in Nairobi, in consultation with UNEP DGEF and UNEP DTIE.
