If BT fails to meet the CCD then the Communications Provider shall be entitled to 100% of the relevant individual DFX Service monthly rental for every Working Day or part Working Day beyond the CCD up to a maximum of 60 Working Days.
The compensation shall be 15% of one months relevant individual DFX Service monthly rental for each Qualifying Fault that has not been restored within 18 clock hours after it has been reported to BT, and for each full hour in excess of 18 clock hours until the fault is rectified, up to a maximum of 200 hours.
BT may provide a CCD for the DFX Service of less than 30 Working Days.

If there is an inconsistency between the DFX Agreement and the Terms of Business, the terms of the Terms of Business will prevail.
