DFS Participant definition
DFS Participant means either (i) a Sales Representative in the Global Capital Markets Unit of the Company or the Global Investment Markets Business Unit of the Finance Business Unit of the Company or (ii) any other management or highly compensated Employee who satisfies the eligibility criteria established by the Benefits Committee to be eligible to participate in the Plan as an DFS Participant and who has elected to participate in the Plan pursuant to Section 3.2(b).
