DFS Debt definition
DFS Debt means, collectively, the Receivables Facilities, the Asset-Backed Notes, the Structured Facilities and the Mexico Loan Agreement.
DFS Debt means that certain floorplan finance facility currently extended to Parent by DFS, with a maximum permitted principal Indebtedness thereunder as of the Closing Date in the amount of $300,000.
Examples of DFS Debt in a sentence
The DFS Debt shall have been purchased and the DFS Financing Agreement and all collateral therefor shall have been assigned to or acquired by Lender.
The initial proceeds of the Inventory Finance Facility shall be applied to retire in full the DFS Debt, and in connection with such repayment Borrower shall promptly obtain releases from DFS of all liens, security interests, financing statements or other interests in favor of DFS which may encumber the Collateral.
The failure of Borrower to close the Inventory Finance Facility and retire the DFS Debt in accordance with this Section 13.17 shall constitute an Event of Default hereunder.
