DFFC definition

DFFC means Directorate for the Conservation of Fauna and Flora;
DFFC means Dedicated Fracturing Fleet Charge which shall be incurred by Producer, as per Exhibit C for each period of scheduled, but not performed, fracturing services by Contractor, excluding maintenance, rig up/rig down days.

Examples of DFFC in a sentence

  • Palico shall have no responsibility for the content of Member Materials, including for any omissions or misrepresentations therein.

  • If a holiday is excluded, but later taken, the time off is subject to DFFC.

  • Producer shall have no obligation to pay Contractor any rate (Force Majeure, Operating, Standby, DFFC, or Down Time) during any time when Contractor is in default or breach or is failing to meet minimum standards set forth in Exhibit C and C-1 (including any time when Contractor is curing any failure, breach, or default); provided, however, Producer shall be obligated to pay Contractor amounts due for Services performed in accordance with this Contract.

  • NBC means the National Bank of Cambodia, and any successor thereto;

  • SLDC means the State Load Dispatch Center as notified by the State Government.

  • Seller Parent has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • THCA or "Δ9-THCA" means the acid form of THC.
