DFA Report means any decommissioning financial assurance report filed by Seller, or on behalf of Seller, with the NRC pursuant to 10 CFR 50.75(f)(1) for the Xxxxxx Plant, the Brunswick 1 Plant or the Brunswick 2 Plant.
