Devolution Agreement definition

Devolution Agreement means the agreement between the Government and the Combined Authority devolving certain function to the Combined Authority.
Devolution Agreement means the Northwest Territories Lands and Resources Devolution Agreement dated  among, inter alia, Canada, the GNWT and the IRC;
