Device Subscription definition

Device Subscription means that the Software licensed pursuant to the Quote may be Used on the number of devices indicated in the Quote. A “Server Subscription” shall mean that the Software licensed pursuant to the Quote may be Used on no more than the number of servers indicated in the Quote. The scope of any license other than a Named User Subscription, Site Subscription, Device Subscription, or Server Subscription must be expressly designated and defined in detail in a Quote. In no event shall any of the licenses denoted above be construed to mean a concurrent user license.

Examples of Device Subscription in a sentence

  • The TASER Device Subscription Term for a standalone TASER Device purchase begins on shipment of the TASER Device.

  • The TASER Device Subscription Term for OSP 7/10 begins on the OSP 7/10 start date.

  • Upon Axon granting Customer a TASER Device Axon Evidence subscription, Customer may access and use Axon Evidence for the storage and management of data from TASER Devices devices during the TASER Device Subscription Term.

  • Unless otherwise specified in the order, Device Subscriptions do not automatically renew, and you will be required to place an order if you wish to renew a Device Subscription.
