Device Plan definition

Device Plan means any of the device plans that may be selected by the Customer with respect to Organizations operated under the selected Company Plan within signageOS Platform as detailed in Clause 4.2.3.
Device Plan means a fixed sum loan agreement/credit agreement regulated by the Consumer Credit Act 1974 which specifies the terms under which you pay in instalments for your Device;
Device Plan means a Fixed Sum Loan Agreement (sometimes known as a credit agreement) made to finance the purchase of your Equipment;

Examples of Device Plan in a sentence

  • If you have taken a Device Plan to purchase equipment from us and you decide to cancel your Airtime Plan for any reason set out above, you will be required to continue to make the repayments due under the Device Plan.

  • Alternatively, you may choose to repay any outstanding repayments under the Device Plan in full.If you repay your Device Plan early in full, before the end of the term set out in your Device Plan agreement, you will be able to end your Airtime Plan at any time by contacting us.

  • If you have taken a Device Plan to purchase equipment from us and we suspend our service or end the Agreement because of one of the ways above in (i) to (v) you will always be required to either continue to make the repayments due under the Device Plan or repay any outstanding repayments under the Device Plan in full.

  • In case however of the following, the IMEI number of Your Plan Device may change: o an out of box defective Plan Device, or o Plan Device replacement within 7 (seven) days from the original Plan Device purchase date due to Device Plan failure, or o Plan Device replacement due to uneconomical reasons for repairs.

Related to Device Plan
