Deviation Settlement Mechanism definition

Deviation Settlement Mechanism means and include the framework for energy accounting, Deviation Accounting, Rules for pricing of Deviation(s) payable and receivable by State Entities and other design parameters as specified under Regulation 6 of these Regulations.
Deviation Settlement Mechanism means Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Deviation Settlement Mechanism and related matters) Regulations, 2014 including any subsequent amendments thereof.
Deviation Settlement Mechanism or "DSM" means and includes the following:
