Deviation Bank definition

Deviation Bank means the continuously accumulating account of inadvertent interchange energy (on-peak and off-peak) between the Parties that is zeroed out at the end of each calendar month, as described in Schedules 4 through 6 of this Agreement.

Examples of Deviation Bank in a sentence

  • All Energy Imbalance shall be added to the appropriate Deviation Bank, separate and apart from the Deviation Band calculated for the 15-minute period.

  • At the conclusion of each calendar month, these Deviation Bank values are agreed upon and the running balances set to zero.

  • Energy Imbalance is calculated hourly in MWh and added to the applicable on-peak or off-peak Deviation Bank.

  • Imbalance energy from the Deviation Bank shall be returned in-kind at the points of delivery set forth in Appendix C to this Agreement.

  • The Company shall credit that amount to the pilot’s Deviation Bank, Section 8.C.2 (120), regardless of his deviation from such deadheads.

Related to Deviation Bank

  • Collection Bank means, at any time, any of the banks holding one or more Collection Accounts.

  • Mitigation bank means a site providing off-site, consolidated compensatory mitigation that is developed and approved in accordance with all applicable federal and state laws or regulations for the establishment, use and operation of mitigation banks, and is operating under a signed banking agreement.

  • Non-Bank Tax Certificate shall have the meaning provided in Section 5.4(e)(ii)(B)(3).

  • Data Processing Addendum means Sprinklr’s Data Processing Addendum, located at www.sprinklr.com/legal

  • Concentration Account Bank means any bank or other financial institution at which the Concentration Account is maintained.
