Developments and Activities definition

Developments and Activities means all phases of a project, initiative or activity from pre-feasibility through to final closure, and all changes to or new laws, regulations, policies, plans, and programs that might affect the Ecological Integrity of the Aquatic Ecosystem of the other Party.

  • Information about current and future Developments and Activities that might affect the Ecological Integrity of the Aquatic Ecosystem of the other Party.

  • Each Party is responsible for any notification of the public and Indigenous Governments and Organizations within its jurisdiction respecting Developments and Activities, water-related emergency response, and meeting of Transboundary Objectives.
