Development Work Plan definition

Development Work Plan means the work plan in Schedule 8 setting out the Development Work along with the projected timelines for that work and any amendments to the same made in accordance with Clause 2.3.
Development Work Plan means the work plan for the Development Project set out in Schedule 1, as varied from time to time by mutual agreement of the parties under clause 2.1.

Examples of Development Work Plan in a sentence

  • The Company will carry out the Development Work at its own cost and in accordance with the Development Work Plan and the terms of this Agreement.

  • The Parties shall endeavour to have the Transfer Criteria in an agreed form as soon as practicable, but in any event by no later than three months before the date when the Development Work is anticipated to be completed as shown in the Development Work Plan (as that may be amended from time to time).

  • If a party elects not to participate or fails to elect within such 90 day period to contribute to a Development Work Plan and Budget, then such party shall be deemed to have withdrawn as a Participating Party and its Participating Interest shall be converted to a 1.0% net smelter returns royalty to be calculated and paid in accordance with the provisions of Schedule B attached hereto.

  • The parties shall attempt to promptly resolve through good faith negotiation any dispute or disagreement between them directly relating to design and development priorities and decisions and resource allocation under the Collaborative Development Work Plan for Network Application and Server Software and marketing and sales priorities and decisions under the Marketing and Sales Plans.

  • The Development Work Plan, including all drafts, iterations, and revisions of the Development Work Plan, shall be the Company’s Confidential Information.

  • Each party shall structure all employees and resources for each MC under the Lead Executive or Deputy Lead Executive for that MC, and the Lead and Deputy Lead Executives and project leaders shall direct such resources in accordance with and to achieve the objectives of the Collaborative Development Work Plan.

  • It is understood that the Development Work Plan is likely to evolve as the Company moves through the Development Work and that the Company may need to update the Development Work Plan including the projected timings that form part of the same.

  • Any such software developed by Sun independently which is not a derivative work of the Existing Netscape Software or the Collaborative Software and was not developed pursuant to any Collaborative Development Work Plan shall not constitute Collaborative Software or Designated Collaborative Software, and Sun shall own such independent developments and all proprietary rights therein.

  • The Company shall give due consideration to any comments or suggestions provided by the Charity on updates to the Development Work Plan (including making any amendments to the updated Development Work Plan which are reasonably requested by the Charity and which would impact on the Charity’s ability to carry out the Product Manufacturing Process at its Biotherapeutics Development Unit).
