DEVELOPMENT TRACK definition

DEVELOPMENT TRACK means the decision of the Wyeth-Ayerst Research Development Operating Committee ("DOC", or any successor or substitute body) to advance a product to pre-development stage ("Phase 0", or any successor or substitute designation) pursuant to its internal criteria and procedures.
DEVELOPMENT TRACK means the research and development program for a Compound initiated upon designation by Wyeth’s Discovery Board (or any successor or substitute entity) in its sole discretion, of such Compound for advancement to pre-development stage (“Phase 0” or any successor or substitute designation) pursuant to Wyeth’s internal criteria and procedures.

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:
