Development standards and guidelines means plans andstandards, guidelines, and plans adopted by reference in the municipal code or as a part of the comprehensive master plan including, but not limited to “development standards and specifications governing the construction of public improvements,” “fire master plan,” “site development performance standards and guidelines,” “plat and map digital submission standards,” “traffic impact study guidelines and policies,” “transportation plan,” and “water conservation plan”.
Development standards and guidelines means standards, guidelines, and plans adopted by reference in the Code or as a part of the Comprehensive Master Plan.
